Wow… handling the crackers… no gloves and 12:22 a special treat where someone with no gloves handling bare crackers touches their face/hair! I think the worker element in these factories has been great for history but it’s time to let faster and cleaner machines take over with the direct contact stuff after the bake.
The cream cracker was invented by Joseph Haughton at his home in Dublin, Ireland, and then manufactured by William Jacob in a small bakery around 1885 in co Waterford Ireland.
Oh my god just found this ! I worked there from 1978 to 1999 taught me everything about people and life haha ! Brilliant when it was family factory, loved it there happy times. Believe it's changed dramatically though.
I went on the roller coaster years ago with my brother and my cousin and the thing that u sat in spun around but by accident the drop at 0:32 it accidentally spun and we felt sick afterwards
