Real Estate VIDEO and PHOTO tech used in and around AUSTIN
I have some of the very best SONY mirrorless cameras for still photos, but choose to use an iPhone 15 ProMax for real estate videos due the incredible convenience, time and cost efficiency as well the quality and versatility it provides for the fast paced real estate and vacation rental industry. I also a lot of have fun with the HOVERAir X1 and other useful tech and provide tests, samples and tips!

The super 35 mode is neat I used it a lot when I first started. I figured out pretty quick that it was better (for me) to shoot full resolution and crop on post. That allowed me to truly get the right composition. I shoot with the a7RIV and a7Rv.
Thanks for the comment! Sure, it is often best to shoot full frame, but when you shoot w a Sony a1 (or another camera with a large file size like the a7RV) and have to turn pics quickly the file size is so large that it’s a huge convenience to shoot in crop mode. And, with this amazing lens, it does make it convenient.
@@showingaustin Yes, but you've increased the noise and the depth of field. The number of photons of light recorded and the depth of field are equivalent to a 450mm f/4.2 not a 450mm f/2.8. Otherwise, the 400mm 2.8 wouldnt need to exist if you can just crop a 300mm 2.8 and get 50mm more and no penalty. In good light you probably won't notice the light gathering difference of f/4.2 (although when you fill the frame with a subject you can definitely notice there is less subject separation). However, in low light, where you are often shooting for field sports with a 2.8 lens and where even 2.8 isn't enough, you will see that noise difference.
@@astrotennessee another point is the lens is sharpest in middle, so technically increases sharpness, plus since it's in apsc sensor autofocus is now perfect and fast accurate
When you zoom in all the way from wide to close does it go through the different lesses or stays in the same lens and becomes a digital zoom? good video. Can't help but think that video looks very warm in colour after putting the out on. thank you
Thanks for watching! Good question. Same lens when zooming in. Assuming you meant “after putting the LUT on” that was actually how it looked in person, but the final result is of course personal preference.
@@showingaustin thank you for the reply. Yes meant to say LUT. Looks like it was a very nice day you had there. ( just looked where you are, no wonder you have a nice weather !! just subbed
@@showingaustin But NO bookmark or chapter. Probably the most relavent bit of the video!!! Having several camera apps, that's the most important comment for me!
@@WillNewcombWell, thanks for watching! 😁that is due to the fact that the video is primarily to show how to use Final Cut Camera, not a comparison to others. There is mention of Blackmagic since many pros and others are using it, and it is not a large portion of the video.
@@showingaustin Yes, all the current videos on FinalCutCamera are about how to use it. BUT, before you get there, you have to compare it with others. Maybe that was a condition imposed on you by FinalCut, but ultimately it's of secondary importance. Once I think it might be worth it, THEN I'd want to know how to use it.
Take a look at this updated video and if you still don’t see it you can contact CapCut: Do You Have Access to CapCut's AI CHARACTERS? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0wfGO-DteJo.html
Thanks for watching and for the comment! I would love to know if there were clear cut rules, explanations etc on where it is and is not available. My goal was to make sure people knew you have have the captions before the AI Character option even appears.
I have the Pro version, but AI Characters are not labeled as being Pro. Even if they were a Pro feature, I would assume you would be able to see it on the free version, like you can with so many other Pro features that show. If you do not see it, it could be due to country or regional limitation, as so many others seem to be experiencing that. Check out CapCut’s description on this link and it does not seem to mention Pro: www.capcut.com/resource/talk-to-ai-characters
AI Characters tab is not available in the Philippines. One of the commenters got a RU-vid copyright strike for using it. Capcut may be having legal issues with its AI characters.
The AI Characters menu option must be a regional block. I can get the menu item to appear after accessing a VPN. Locations in the UK and Israel show the menu item. Strangely, using a server in China does not. However, when clicking the [Add] button (after selecting the AI Character) the application pops a dialogue that says "Update Capcut to the latest version to use AI Characters." After clicking [Update] it Checks for updates and responds: "Current is the latest update". I have tried both 3.8.0 and 3.9.0 Beta test version 8 and neither will add the AI character to the video.
No, just the Leofoto (which I currently use) and Sunwayfoto ones (went through two). Leofoto makes very solid equipment. I recently got one of their monopods and feel it is a steal for the build quality.
