This is my personal youtube channel to share with family and friends looking to join me 24 days before Christmas workout program 2020. The exercise videos will be labeled with an exercise date and series number to help everyone keep in sequence with the program. Each video will have a basic description to help everyone grab what you need before starting or allowing anyone to write/take a photo workout of the day.

Remember to grab weights appropriate for your fitness level and to pause the video when you need additional breaks. If you are not sure you should be working out, consult a doctor or a professional who can help you make such decisions. I am not liable for anyone following my program.
