I mean, it’s not just three accents. America has like 50 accents! London itself has around 20 accents alone. I think Australia is the only one with a singular accents.
Por lo que veo, en Australia le ponen nombres muy peculiares a las cosas y los británicos pronuncian muy diferente algunas palabras a como se hace en el inglés americano.

Caray, el acento todavía... pero el vocabulario de la australiana para mi son palabras "random". "Apple, apple, marzonuos", "Ice, ice, ragantonga", "Donut, Danut, Swargen"... XD
