I agree with most of the points. Vipers kit has some elements that shouldn't be changed. Hovewer some of them were... actually good. Like the have an indicator where her orb is. It would be good for at least one thing, make her playable without lineups. And similiar ideas we've definitely overlooked. Right now it feels like Viper is almost useless with no lineups. And I don't want to spend time watching weird videos and speding hours in custom. I have other things to keep in minds other than that. And I refuse to believe "L ineups" are part of difficulty it's just good for people who have nothing to know anyway so they learn 600 annoying setups and spend half of the game being useless. Her orb is basically a uncurvable jett smoke without lineups. I am fine with the pickup mechanic, I am fine with a different type of smoke but it's just so depended on lineups it's just insane. Her kit should be buffed and nerfed to discourage lineups and support common sense. It still won't be the easy way and molly lineups aren't supposed to be a mechanic it's just a (dare I say exploit) where people got too creative and made a uncounterable and annoying usage of the abilities.
Also thank the lord you covered how peoples perception dictates how strong an agent is Same shit happened with omen and brim Brim was "S tier" the first 3 months of the game then omen magically became the go to controller eventho his buffs happened at 1.0 And brim became C tier despite literally nothing changing about him but the stim beacon getting buffed Same thing with viper D tier till the dumb instant 50 decay happened then got reverted and guess what, people playing viper for post plant now, like literally every viper player prior to the buff It's so dumb
