Think Liability. Think Long-term. The Elite Group has the strongest staff of property inspectors in California - over 35 inspectors with over 300,000 homes worth of experience. Combine that with a $2 million liability policy, the industry's leading home inspection warranty, and Appliance Recall Reporting for life...and you have the best company.
This was very helpful! I could not have rewired my lamps and without its assistance! I skipped the last part of the video about plug replacement because my lamp repair kit had a wire with a pre-attached plug. And given this, I was just mindful about which end of the wire to feed through the disassembled lamp so plug was at bottom and not on top. NBD!
It’s probably 7pm as he cameras this line and his boss is already home and drunk offering no support but hurry up for the next one while this guys family is at home waiting patiently for their husband and father to come home. I’ll never work in the plumbing service industry again as it’s lead me nowhere but divorced and broke while making money for some douchebag with a boat I never got invited on to fish. Fuqem !
This is interesting! Out of curiosity, I'm assuming that the device was running in the video, wouldn't your speaking near it affect the test results by the fine saliva particles created by your speaking? Or is that something that the lab can distinguish from the general air quality?
This video is giving off the vibe like bro Just woke up with the repairman knocking on his door like he was driving by and saw some s*** was f***** up and was like I'm going to go fix this guy's stuff for him
This is a true gem. I recently enjoyed a similar book, and it was a true gem. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight

If you are buying a house and see a panel like that, RUN AWAY. Zinsco/Sylvania panels and FPE panels are basically just a horrible fire waiting to happen.
Voltage drop, temperature issues, fire hazards, not to mention too many circuits on a breaker will cause it to trip constantly. It’s not up to code bro, and code’s there for a reason.
I wish here in California that the new houses even separated gas from electrical service entry locations. I get older homes we didn’t know...... but new construction too?
