I am telling you all right now! This comany is a scam! Yes they sent me this watch and I contacted them immediately to return it and they will not respond for a return address. They told me to send them a picture of it, which is still in original packing with the plastic and they never responded. I am dispusputting this with my CC company in any hopes to get my money back. Shame on you Mike for endorsing this shit company. I am sure my comment will be deleted like my previous ones.

Need a little more context to this story. What happened?
Lower it as low as you can take it until your elbow touch the floor. It’s already a partial range of motion movement, so don’t shorten it up even more than it needs to be.
It has the side wall. Check out my other videos by the platforms or cables. It’s there :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GgefnMA0IwE.htmlsi=bkuBYtOQh4W_nb-P
This company is a scam! I ordered the week before June 19, but they waited until the 19th to “ship” my commander watch. Well, let’s just say they finally admitted that they don’t have it in stock yet and blamed it on the weather (so they are probably shipping it from china and there’s a problem with the cargo?) but here we are July 8th and it’s still not shipped. I checked on RU-vid and serval reviewers loved it, but the BB rating is an “F”. I called my bank today, I’ve been patient enough. I want to warn people about this company, because they deleted all the negative moments I made on their fb page.

Absolute SHIT company. Tried to return this garbage watch, sent an email to them and got ZERO response. DO NOT but anything from this company. Now I have to dispute this charge with my CC company.
I'm gradually upping the weight. I can now do a weighted plank with 20+# more than I weigh. Even more for a weighted bear crawl. No weighted pull ups just yet though.
Actually this exercise is better done facing towards the cable. 180 degrees in the other direction. All ab crunches are about shoulders to hips. You're missing out on the bottom part of the movement the way you're facing and it's more awkward if you're not heavy enough
Actually is better facing away from the cable cause it offers more stretch. But for sure this form doesn't train the abs well, he's curling the hip and not the spine
Growing your abs and strengthening your core are concurrent goals. There are many ways to train abs, but doing sets of weighted exercises like this video is cause for hypertrophy, like any other muscle.
I think someone would benefit from using more weight and lifting it up with a strong hip thrust, assuming the goal is trap growth, It seems to me like doing it this way allows the shoulders to be a limiting factor instead of thrusting heavier weight up and having the traps catch it and stretch at the bottom
All of these "Ultra Rugged" smart phones are made by the same Chinese children and are garbage. I got one for my wife and one for my son who is a Marine and needed a very rugged watch to handle harsh environments. This Alpha Watch has a challenge syncing with the iPhone, Notifications rarely come through. My wife wanted a watch to track fitness metrics as well as heart rate, and the back fell off during a workout at the gym. WTF? She is a nurse, and some of the metrics are not accurate. The GPS locator is also not accurate. Definitely NOT worth the price... All because we didn't want to buy the more expensive Samsung or Garvin Smartwatches.
