Loved you comment about sand baggers wish clubs would do a better job with moving them up. A lot of kids get discouraged when they have to race a class that has a 5 or 10 year sandbagger in it
I enjoy watching you ride with your son. Mine is 19 now, but we've been riding together for 10 years. I wish we could go back in time and do it all over again. Braaap!
Normally I'm pretty excited for these SHLOGs, but this one was clickbait'y. I have a 200 Race (2024) and was really hoping for some insightful content regarding these clutches. But it wasn't the clutch at all. It was the lever. I love my 200 personally. Clutch is fine. I put a 9mm master on it and made it huge difference in clutch feel. Has a much wider friction zone window.
Sorry, I didn’t mean to be clickbaity. I just know that a lot of people think they have one problem when it ends up being another problem. The customer brought me the bike claiming clutch issues. Anyway I like the 200 also. It’s much better than my 300 beta.
@@highlandcycles To be clear, that wasn't meant to be a knock on you. I dont want to sound like a shitty commenter. Its just that there's not much 200 content out there so when I see it I get real excited. I thought legit it was a clutch improvement you'd figured out. Cheers and thanks for the work you do!
Happy Birthday Zach! Really appreciate the shlog on the Beta 200. I have one, Race edition. 197 hours. Original clutch. Clutch is going out on me, so I guess it is time to order parts.
Happy birthday zack 🎉 In my life time i have never seen or uesd a aftermarket leaver that doesn't cause problems i only uses stock leavers on my bike because of this, i think this is the reason the beta had that problem and it wasn't the handguard touching the leaver its the aftermarket leavers ratio
@@highlandcycles nothing but stock leavers for me and I ride a yz 250 so I'd love to have a easier clutch to pull in but the yz is too much bike to have a after market leaver on it she would burn up in a minute with out the stock leaver
one of my favorite people to watch is kincade and i love what you do and see you having a ton of potential the only thing i see him doing better is better riding videos
Don't care for those levers. That adjuster is a pain. Guess people like putting aftermarket stuff on bikes. I like the factory lever cut off. Keeping the flags nice and snug helps too
