Cheapest unit is 1.978 mil. It's a 855 sq ft one bedroom. Super pricey for sure. It smokes the second priciest building, Waiea, in cost per sq foot. Park Lane is at $3,148 per sq foot for past 500 days of sales, while the second priciest, Waiea (Ward Village), is at $1,807.
The Exact reason why we have a housing crisis on Oahu ......No Local people can afford those places.... they are mainly empty because its a place for foreginers to park their money
Yes. Super expensive. I am seeing some listings claiming a 20% owner occupancy rate in the building, and some as high as 85%. Obviously both can't be right, so will see if I can find something more definitive.

For sure. There are a few buildings in this area deemed “affordable housing”, but you have to qualify in order to be able to purchase them. Most of the new buildings coming up are even pricier than the numbers I mention in the video.
FYI...Tanaka/Fumi's Shrimp used to be H. Tanaka store, one of 2-3 area stores that >85% of Kahuku Sugar workers/families used to go to for household goods & some grocery items. Also, while Ala Wai GC is ranked as The Busiest Municipal Golf Course...In The U.S.A....Kahuku is on the opposite end of that golf spectrum. And, the locals prefer it that way!-lol
no more theatres. Hawai’i pacific university is now one of its main tenants since they shut down their fort street mall campus. It’s getting nicer at restaurant row, but still kinda similar vibes from 10-20 years ago. It’s trying though!

This area was somewhat run down when I left the islands in '72. Returned a few times on airline layovers around '95 and what a huge change back then. Now to see it, an equally larger change. Condo prices are out of this world. Good luck Lex with your RU-vid vids and you career.

Yea it’s gotta be so stressful for owners. One house in particular recently lost millions in value due to a settlement w the Dlnr. I’ll prob make a longer form video soon going deeper into the topic.
