Good bet there, congratulations on the win. By the way, your inverter is displaying ac and dc volts used. It was saying 12.6v DC (at 0:53) or 109v AC 9 (at 0:56). It’s not 10.9 is 109 and that’s ac.
Yep some people live by the philosophy...Its all about me! No consideration for others. Haha, I'm old and grumpy when I see that kind of crap I let them know.🤣 Thanks for the tour Ralph!
I find it impossible to convince people their politics are wrong. They get so zoned in on someone is evil because their skin is orange and they can't listen to anything after that. I like the forest to Ninja, me too.
sounds like you have a pinched nerve. sleeping sitting in a chair with your feet up for a few days and small stretching every 4 hours for a few minutes should help. going to take about 10 days of sleeping upright. take care and thanks for sharing your adventures. p.s. give ninja girl a scratch 4 me.
You might have hurt your back while you were on the roof. Sometimes just bending over you could hurt your back. I was on a mobile scooter & bent down to pick up something from the floor & it caused me to get a bulging disc. Rest your back as much as possible. And kept taking Ibuprofen as directed. Also a heating pad might help it too. Take care, Ralph.
God bless you, brother. PTSD is real. Ìn the Army, they called us alcoholics. I called us all brothers. The VA is worthless, and civilian doctors aren't much better. My anguish was compounded by losing my wife to Covid. That put me back quite a few years in my mindset. Best thing to do is continue with your life the way you want, as it's all you hàve.
Good for you trying to do a fast, very healthy helps the body to heal. Sorry the nurse didn’t help you there. If you do a fast in the future, don’t forget to eat something very light when you resume eating. Like broth. How goes the new job and training?
When you carefully put your tent up on the roof to shade the AC you might consider adding a box fan to aid in circulating the hot air that will quickly accumulate from the AC in there. I know an extra step, cost, power cord too. But if you don’t and trap the AC in a tent with the hot air it’s going to heat up quicker. It’s a bad deal every which way. Glad you are doing well.
Thanks for the comment moment and fan idea. The repair guy brought that up, but as the tent will be about 3’ off the roof/2’ about the AC box, and open on all sides-I should be ok without it.
Best if you get a home a/c they get cooler fast and don't use a lot of power, just install it like a home window unit, get a media A/C and save a lot of money, and you can get it right away at a big box store ,no waiting for a mobile mechanic. For a 1 rv a/c you can buy 2 window units, good luck. I just left Phoenix my RV unit only 2 years old got cool to 91 from 10 am to 6 pm it was to late when i was told to get a home a/c.$1,500 i paid for rv A/c installed.
80 and intermittent drizzle outside of Snowflake today, with a nice breeze. Like you, I try to stay out of the valley unless it's the dead of winter. Stay frosty.
I have tried that, telling her to come in for a treat, and so much more. She doesn’t come when I call her and comes in when she wants. But she follows me on long walks in the forest or desert. And stays close to the RV when out.
