I love city builder games. - where I make sensible decisions instead of crooked politicians lining their personal bank accounts at the city's expense, - where I ensure all my citizens have a job they like, - where I eliminate the homeless problem, - where the city pays for the hospitals to run instead of the people, - where if the treasury is going into debt, I stop spending money for a while instead of borrowing it, - where if the police are overdoing things and hurting more people than they help, I REDUCE their funding, instead of throwing extra money at them and telling them to find a crime syndicate that doesn't exist anywhere but in my imagination. - where if I MUST use a terribly polluting power plant, it's a very temporary measure only until I can switch to something (literally anything really) much cleaner... as opposed to something I'll keep running decade after decade as an ongoing ecological disaster because a few of my most poorly educated people are terrified of Nuclear power. - Where the clearest indicator of how good I am at my job is that nearly everybody in the city is happy. - where my decisions, choices, efforts and actions have a measurable (and positive) effect on the world around me! Yup. Fulfilling all my most filthy and degenerate fantasies I am! 🎩 ...and what IS a "fantasy" but something you know full well you wouldn't be able to do in the real world?
Yep women never wont to say of all their loans. Is't that a bit harsh on women not paying off debts and or you saying they can find other ways of not paying? I don't get it.
It's OK for women to watch movies about their fantasies but male fantasies are inherently offensive. Good thing all women are perfect and just hover above us poor men who invented the video games.

I've never used a dark chip even to test it. It's been a while but I remember you got one free use during a tutorial. But the 1HP loss meant it was dead to me since it would give my friends an advantage in net battling. I just treated them like they weren't there. I was always frustrated by this content. I think you should be able to get your HP back but it should be a pain in the ass. Like maybe you have to fight a chain of 30 strong viruses just to regain 1HP. I wouldn't mind if it were 100 in a row with no healing so long as there were *some* way to do it. Really though, 30 battles per HP with maybe a bonus HP for every extra 10 fought in a row after that --- that would be a good, challenging way to regain the HP without making the HP loss inherently meaningless. A 30-virus bout can end in disaster even for seasoned players. Heck I just lost on round 29 out of 30 during the SSS exam in MMBN2.
