Hi , I have a Labradors who has vestibular , she has had a few really bad episodes. I put her onto Green lipped Mussel 500 mg capsules ,2 a day ,usually for humans, this anti inflamitory has helped with her arthritis as well , she hasn't had a vestibular episode in 3 months . This was recommended to me by a vet. I hope this information can help your fur baby too,😀😀
