@@almami1599 which ties into the writing system because sounds aren't represented by letters, so it's virtually impossible for people to learn them.

El casado se ve tradicional, te recomiendo el que es con bistec o chuleta encebollada. Además, si puede intentar probar la comida de nuestro lado caribeño, a muerte te recomiendo el rice and beans. Es una maravilla.

@@emmagreen6960 The word is very correct and used in Mexico, which is the country with the most Spanish speakers in the world, so I see no problem in it being taught. It does sound very outdated in a lot of countries, though.

Yeap Im from Mexico and my husband is from Guatemala so we both speak Spanish differently and for him Spanish is his 2nd language since his first is K’iche so we sometimes struggle 😅

Cheers brother, as a native spanish speaker myself can tell you made a good observation on that; I have heard about neutral spanish my whole life never tough deep into it and what you say is true... Nobody uses those words even if we all know what they mean, cool ❤

In Spain they use their own spanish dub. But yes to all of those words. I am from Argentina and I also lived in Paraguay and Spain. In Arg and Py we don't use those "neutral words" either. 😊
