Pads are fine but the leds detach when they're hit , even a vertical hit so they seem to have a weak mechanical resistence of the soldering; there is a little space between the leds, so there are 10 leds in 130mm; we are filling an entire room with the damaged panels.
Have you tried the normal method to repair surface mount? To attach LED that fell off first clean/reflow the solder pads: apply flux, then solder with soldering iron. When pads look good and have enough solder add more flux, then place LED on top and use heat gun until solder melts. It may help to shield nearby parts from heat using pieces of cardboard so you only heat one LED at a time. Also turn down the heat gun fan speed. The weak mechanical strength sounds like a manufacturing problem, possibly not enough heat. You could try heating all the LEDs with heat gun or reflow oven (make sure all plastic parts are removed).

When replacing the beads, you also need to pay attention to the direction of the beads because they are too small and it is not easy to distinguish their direction, and sometimes you need to use a magnifying glass; When welding, first use a hot air gun to heat the empty solder pad for 3-5 seconds, then place the lamp beads on the solder pad with tweezers, and use a hot air gun to rotate around the lamp beads for 3-5 seconds. Then gently push the lamp beads with tweezers. If the lamp beads can rebound naturally, it indicates that the welding is correct. it's outdoor or indoor module? actually indoor easy to open the cover. and outdoor is hard. because it have screw foro mask. and also havery screw for PCB with cover. and that screw you can not see clear. because it's under the waterproof glue.
