you are an artist beyond and above... I'm addicted I'm inspired .....a true masterpiece !!! definetly nothing ragga muffin about it !!!! I can't wait to see your completion . I'm way behind but struggle on.
Could you have made it so you didn’t have to cut the pretty ribbon part? Maybe attach half of each of the slotted pieces to the cover leaving the cover In tact?🤔hmmmm
Hi Judy, sometimes I save the antique pieces, other times I cut them apart to help my project. This way, I am able to look at the beautiful pieces, even if they are cut apart rather than have them hidden away💕🪡🧵🇨🇦
Yes, my scrappy Edith Holden Journal kits do include one month of the original Edith Holden book pages and so much stuff well over the $50 asking price. They are now all reserved.💕🪡🧵🇨🇦
Bullion stitches are so dimensional… they are awesome anywhere on a project. (I’m stuffing three extra large Canadian flat rate boxes as we speak… I’m excited for you to get yours💕)🪡🧵🎉
The bullion stitch looks awesome anywhere on a project… the little bee looks like it just landed. (Your package was the first one mailed out yesterday. I’m excited for you to get it)💕🪡🧵🎉
This Edith Holden stitching project has been a labour of love. Hours and hours and hours of wonderful stitching. This is going to be a beautiful book once finished. Thank you for your lovely comment💕🪡🧵🎉🇨🇦
So sorry about your back issues. What a wonderful opportunity for us. We get to follow your process and put these together as you would. I would love one similar to Lisa’s. Pink, green, blue and red.

Hi Kathleen, I am sorry your health is making you spend more time resting. I live in Australia, are you thinking of sending your kits overseas. Best wishes to you. Lyn
Good morning, thank you for your kind comment. I am very fortunate that I can handstitch and do the odd journal from bed. I have always shipped all over the world and will continue to do so until my Edith Holden journal kits are all gone. I will speak more about this on my upcoming video.🇨🇦🪡🧵💕
Great tutorial, thanks so much!! I wanted to make hollyhocks and I knew it was a blanket stitch but I forgot how to do the other part, the trellis stitch. You’re a great teacher!
Good morning Pene, it’s always such a joy to hear from you. I have put together six kits and yours and your mothers will be up first on the videos that I will be starting today. I am very fortunate that I love handstitching so much and I’m able to handstitch and do the occasional journal from my bed. talk to you soon, Kathleen💕🪡🧵🇨🇦
Good morning, good luck with your health issues. I do fabric journals, not paper. If you can put together fabric, lace, doiles, etc , I would love to purchase a kit from you. Ali the best, Dianne
@@DianneShannon-d9v thank you for your interest in my upcoming kits however, they will have mostly old papers with small amounts of fabric and a specific month of Edith Holden book pages.💕🪡🧵🇨🇦
Thank you for your kind comment. I have ocd… everything has a place and needs to be in its place. This helps me a lot because I can always find what I am looking for. It has taken me a very long time to realize that I can no longer create journals for sale so these kits will help me find homes for all this wonderful stuff.💕🪡🧵🇨🇦
I love your style. This is such a great journal. I am gonna try and make one like this! Thank you so much for sharing. I am truly sorry you are in pain.
Hi Sandra, I am very fortunate that I can still enjoy handstitching while sitting in bed and maybe create the odd page for a Journal here and there. I will continue to share projects that I am working on.💕🪡🧵
I hope you will continue to do videos on any project you are working on. Your work is amazing and always inspiring. I’m so fortunate to have a few of your journals and cherish them. Take care my friend and please keep in touch.

I’m so sorry to hear that you are no longer able to offer journals for sale as they are amazing. 💖. But I’m happy to hear that you are able to stitch for your own enjoyment….from your bed. I know how much joy it brings you. 💖💖💖. The amount of “stuff” you have created is beyond my comprehension 😊 Your kits will be wonderful. I hope you will continue to share your personal stitching with us. You are an inspiration.

My back pain is chronic… various forms of arthritis in my lower back cause my backbone to have spirs poking into my spinal column, disintegrating bones, and fusing bones. Pain meds can keep the pain manageable. I am very thankful that I can sit in bed and stitch. That brings me much joy.💕🪡🧵🎉🇨🇦
My back pain is chronic… various forms of arthritis in my lower back cause my backbone to have spirs poking into my spinal column, disintegrating bones, and fusing bones. I only thought a person can have only one kind of arthritis, but apparently not. Pain meds can keep the pain manageable, but the strength interferes with internal organs so I have to be careful with how much I take. As long as I can use my hands and stitch I am happy. 💕🪡🧵🇨🇦
@KathleenSundby my grandmother had that. Back when she was fighting it they didn't have much to offer her for relief. I hate that you're dealing with that
kathleen...I just found you!!!.I'm watching vol.3 vines/knots your such a fantastic stitcher...I'm so amazed & inspired...I may go and finish my project now. thanks for explaining the stitches .. your demonstrations are so so helpful
I love the way you are working this project. The way you explain how to work the stitches is wonderful. I don’t like English Paper piecing also so how you made your bag is very simple and great.
