30secs for blending the espresso with the ice cubes is too much! The point of blending the coffee with the ice is not to make Frape but to cold the espresso. The right way is to hold the shaker from the bottom and when you feel that is cold then stop. This would be after 8-10 seconds. Otherwise, blending espresso in high speed will eventually make the coffee change flavor.
18 hours of water at ambient temperature is a gift for bacterial proliferation. This recipe is dangerous. Use cold water and Keep your cold brew refrigerated, always. Or go for hot brew and bypass with ice.
I don’t understand freedo Cappuccino. If I drink it with a straw, I only get the espresso and the milf froth left so it looks nice but it doesn’t mix up.
@@annamavriki6728 I was in Greece, u don’t understand the problem, plus I have done one for myself. I tried to pour cold milk foam and lil bit warmer, it doesn’t mix up WELL! Even if u close the cup and shake it. It never will be a Homogeneous mass
That's why you don't drink it with a straw. Drink from the glass, you get the creamy milk on your lip and in the mouth, and then cold liquid espresso in your mouth. It's quite the sensation
omfg ive been trying to recreate it at home for so long and the fact that you did a home version helps so much cause i sure as hell dont have a commercial blender/frother like that. I miss greece so much

Έχεις δίκιο ότι έχει να κάνει με τη δύναμη της κάθε μηχανής. Επίσης αυτό που θα καθορίσει το καϊμάκι, είναι το είδος καφέ και στη περίπτωση μας πιο συγκεκριμένα το ψήσιμο ! Επειδή έχουμε μέτριο καβούρδισμα χρειαζόμαστε παραπάνω χρόνο ώστε να αποκτήσουμε πλούσιο καϊμάκι που θα μείνει.
