One of my my favorite songs from my favorite group since I was first introduced by my girlfriend to them in 2007. I have all your CD's including Enter & The Dance. I have two questions. I assume when you play live with Robert or Stefan, especially in the earlier days your tone/distortion was slightly less heavy than Robert's since he was doing most of the heavy rhythm stuff and you where more the solo player so when you do a playthrough like this, are you adjusting your guitar tone/distortion to kind of compensate because you are kind of playing both parts, or are you using the same tone/distortion type setting in this playthrough that you use live? Secondly, do you use any kind of boost/OD pedals before your Diezel/Recto amps when playing heavy songs like this or you just use the amp raw without any boosting? I would love to see more older stuff playthrough!! :)
I think he resembles someone in my adoptive family Noel Leonard. He had cousins on his mom's side who had sisters. He used to be my cousin I don't consider him that anymore. He is really not genetically related to me or biologically. He must have known Sharon den adel all these years.
Chills in the best way 🤘 You are an incredible guitarplayer Ruud. And you are so cool and so funny. The great song 'Silver Moonlight' is one of our favorites on the 'Hydra' album.
Brilliant song and a fantastic music video. I'm so looking forward to the new album. I thought the first two albums were excellent. All the best Ruud and for the album.
This is the kind of lyric video I like. It's cool and I love the vibe. The atmosphere of the song is so interesting that I might work on a fanart dedicated to Lifeline. Thanks for inspiring me every day with your music ❤
Wow! This is so good! I'm definitely checking the rest of the songs from this solo project of yours! Edit: were any other songs released? I can only find this one in RU-vid Music. Thanks! Wikipedia says the album was released in 2011. I'm confused.
This is the first single for the new album coming out on March 22nd. Go listen to the first two albums: self-titled from 2011 and Take Me Home from 2017. :)
I comment so rarely on RU-vid videos but your playing is beyond awesome, ditto your band, and I'm always trying to introduce new people to your music! And the Black Symphony concert is the best live concert I've ever watched and wished i could have actually been there. Legends 👌 in the words of Abba, thank you for the music 🙏
