Note to self : tried it tonight it was pretty good, can consider adding 2 more ingredients ...some sesame oil, some ginger and maybe even some black vinegar(maybe)..i used boneless chicken legs
If soup not sweet enough, add 2 tbsp bottle abalone sauce. Soup will have a richer base. And add 1 tbsp fried garlic while boiling the soup. Broth will have a better unique taste

Thanks for sharing this video. Yesterday I cooked it for the first time using your recipe, the result was mind blowing. It was very delicious. But I added some pork bone and spare ribs in it.
