I bought cutterpillar but I didn’t like it, it doesn’t cut clean,it doesn’t cut soft, it leaves a lot of fiber, and buy another one and it came out the same .
Hi, we're very sorry to hear about your experience and are more than happy to do everything we can to make it right. Usually our customers are very happy with our paper trimmers, so we want to make sure you have the support you need. Will you please contact us at support@cutterpillar.com so we can help you?
Really shouldn't have to stick tin foil in the battery compartment especially when this crop is so expensive. If you know there is a problem then you should address this before you sell anymore
No, it's 3M adhesive. It leaves no residue. That's the beauty of the cradle... Your only have to deal with the velcro, if your permanently removing the Flex from your machine.
Hello, Im very interested in the cutter pillar. However I need more info please. My question is if I can cut by leavin a space on top of the paper and the bottom of the paper. IM a paper flower artist and I am looking for a cutter to help me with my flower centers. I actually cut them by hand by folding tghe paper and cutting slits on the fold. When I open the paper the slits do not reach the top or the bottom of the paper. I hoe that makes sense to you. I appreciate any help with that. thank u Nevia
Thanks for your interest, the CutterPillar is fabulous and there's almost nothing it won't do. However, one of the limitations is, that you cannot cut-out "inside mat frame" because the rotary blade is in contact with the flat blade and cannot be lifted up. I hope that answers your question.
