முன்பே இறுக்கும் நோய்கள் குறித்து உங்களுக்கு தெரியாமல் இருந்தால் அது குறித்து பிரச்சினை இல்லை 5 ஆண்டுகள் கழித்து கிளைம் பிரச்சினை வராது.இருந்தாலும் வேண்டும் என்று மறைத்து இருந்தால் கிளைம் பிரச்சினை வரும் .

Nivabupa don't care about their customer. It's been 3 months since I filed my claim and the claim is not settled till now. The Grievance team is also very poor in communication each time they ask for a document and say to wait for 10 days. This cycle is repeating from the last 2 months. I have provided them with all my documents which were required at the time of filing the claim. They asked for the document one by one to avoid my claim. It seems that Niva Bupa is settling the claim for the first time. It feels like I am begging in front of them. Niva Bupa is playing with the customers faith. There is no direct way to communicate with them, no option to talk to any official person from a toll free number. It's very frustrating.
Can we shift from one heath insurance to another without waiting period. Thant is i already in star health insurance i paid for last 3 years. Now if i shift to tata health insurance again for cliam have i want to wait 2 years
