For the lecturer part i disagree eith you. There's no way you can bribe a UG , Cape Coast, KNUST etc lecturers, for the where? You probably did something or something happened.
We have Cameroonians here and nobody hear about anything negative around them, If I should tell you my experiences of Nigerians, you will be shocked. And please when you are talking to Ghanaians, be calm because it is just talking and not war! I don't know why most Nigerians think they must be loud to be heard

I dont understand why you believe the Ghanaian lecturer wanted payment without adducing any evidence. I expect you to focus on how the system worked for your review. That negative outlook is what drags Nigeria down the mud.
