Try a cold towel on the back of your neck. Also liquid iv usually helps me and dark chocolate. You have been mentioning headaches for a while now. If possible see if you can get a mri to make sure there no underlying issues. Hopefully things get better for you 🤎

Since you mentioned that you get migraines on your budgeting days, would you consider eating more endurance healthy foods, or replacing the candle decor 🕯️ with a snack 🍽️
Tried going to a chiropractor, I heard Dr.Tubio is good, he's on RU-vid. And he did wonders to people with the same problems like you do, people will go in with really bad headaches and after every session the headache is gone.
It’s crazy, I’m currently reading Job in the Bible and it talks about how Satan tries these things to bring people of the lord down !!! For your headaches, I would recommend trying electrolyte drinks/powders like liquid IV, LMNT, or Pedialyte ! I’ve been doing 2 packets of electrolytes a day, one in the afternoon and one before bed. I used to wake up with crazy headaches all the time but since drinking electrolytes before bed, I don’t anymore :) hope you find something that helps !

Yeah, all that cash in your home, tell people how much ya' got. Maybe we don't know your address, but you could be followed for a break in at a later time. Stupid, assinine, UNSAFE concept. Yes, keep some for emergencies, in a safe, and don't go showing people for crying out loud!
I am praying for you. I understand headaches l have the sinus ones. When I get them I sometimes have to lay down for most of the day. What I do is sometimes put a warm compress on my forehead. I hope you feel better soon.😊

Praying for your heath Jenika. Maybe try a cold press or ice pack on the back of your neck and sit in a dark room for 15 mins. Also pressure points on your feet help with pain in certain areas of the body.
I don’t know if this would help, but sometimes headaches (mostly migraines) can be triggered by light and sounds. And I even believe by smell as well, so maybe that’s why the essential oils made it worse?? If you notice that sounds or lights really bother you when you have a headache, try to take time to minimize that. I know that for me, I have to go in a dark room because my migraines get triggered by light. But of course, Jesus can heal ALL things so I pray that He will heal your head in JESUS name!!❤
Hi! Sorry to hear about the headaches you've experienced lately but thank you for still uploading videos despite all that. I'm always happy to watch your vids as they remind me to stay consistent with my budget. My paycheck routine is a lot different as i get paid only once a month and on the end of the month for the following month so i can't do it exactly the same way you do it, but i can at least do my lil check in whilst watching your videos.
