I'm looking at a two large homes at guard-gated community in Coral Gables Estates with a home with an incredible view of the city; however, we also found a 4,000 sq ft home in Paradise Valley. Areas are different obviously but I'm just looking for opinions before I make the move. Is the mountain view home worth the exchange of area of PV? Thank you

As for if the view is worth it, I would say it depends on your lifestyle and what is more important to you.
