Companies would be better off boy having management, dividing that pay amongst the workers& then having the workers get bonuses or some type of single or even group incentives for XYZ ideas play out good. I believe many places have lost the actual need of many management positions simply due to internal conflict that already exists, and then the overwhelming amount of cameras on site most places.
Companies valued loyalty back in the day and offered things like pensions to keep employee turnover low. Typically when you would hit certain year milestones with a company or retire after spending decades with a company, they would give you a gold watch
Empathy starts in infancy. There is a breakdown between the attachment bond within the infant and primary caregiver relationship. Emotional intelligence and healthy adaptive coping strategies, resilience, and emotional regulation are necessary and non existent. Raising secure children matters.
