Ivanhoe - Please Help I’m in Year 6, and this is my next school. (I’ve been admitted) It’s April 20th, and I’m going at the start of August or September. I’m really excited, but I’m really worried too. Whoever is going, or is at Ivanhoe, please give me tips and tell me about it. There are a lot of rules I love that my primary school won’t let you have. - Phones during Lunch (Ivanhoe) ✅ - You don’t have to eat or drink (Ivanhoe)✅ - You are not allowed to have your phone at all it must go in (My teachers) the desk and given at the end of the day (My school)❌ And many many more. I don’t know what I’m going to do, thankfully most of my friends at my school are going there this year. I’ll be with them. I believe I will get lost, or bullied. I’m really not that smart, and I get myself embarrassed easily. I have acid reflux, meaning I will feel sick and that is really not good. I look kind of ugly and I don’t think I’ll make new friends. Thanks for this time 🙏 I really need tips on moving to a bigger larger school.
Save lives 😂. This hospital as far as 2018 were putting DNAR on patients without their consent and without a mental capacity assessment. People with temporary, recoverable infections. The CQC Inspector had to get involved when a social care staff member at the hospital reported it. How many people have lost their lives because of this? What were they doing during Covid? Advocate for yourselves and your family people. Check your notes.
Someone's tripping balls at Leicestershire county council. A memorial to a 19th century pit disaster (that, let's be frank hardly anyone knows about, including Whitwick folk), that happened at Whitwick pit unveiled in Hugglescote...by a Scouser. I can say that 'cause me dad were a Derby miner, me grandad were a Sniby miner and his dad before him.
Do you mean Derbyshire? No pits in Derby as it isn't within a coalfield! Whitwick Colliery's workings extended out to Hugglescote which is where the disaster occurred and where underground the remains of the miners lay. Snibston Colliery was dug out by miners from the North East, it was very common for Miners during Victorian times to move coalfields. People moved out of farm work to the new coalfields, most of the population of South Wales is actually descended from people who came from all over Britain and Ireland to work in the coalfield. Holditch Colliery in Newcastle under Lyme was nicknamed Brymbo after a mining village near Wrexham because of the number of miners from the Wrexham area that worked there
@@merlinonline67 You know your stuff. I appreciate it. But I always thought Whitwick Colliery was on the site that is now Morrisons, I had no idea it extended to Hugglescote.
