I discovered this speech during one of the hardest time in my life (COVID Lockdowns, found out my girlfriend cheated on me, wasn't sure if my job can hold the pandemic,...). And I started to make my bed during this time as Admiral McRaven said. And really everything started to get better little by little. Thank you Admiral to share those rules with us❤

It’s 2024 and I’ve listened to this amazing Warrior more than 12 times. Each time it keeps my attention as if it was the first time hearing it. I’m a veteran of the Navy but nothing like this amazing Seal / Warrior / Admiral but his words and entire speech is captivating beyond anything I’ve ever heard. Thank you Admiral. God Bless You.
Charles Murray and Richard Haier are expert academics on IQ. IQ is inherited and cannot be increased by any known method or learning program. IQ is no different to other inherited human gifts, example sporting ability, eye-sight etc etc. It serves no purpose to promote specific inherited gifts. A sound philosophy is to teach that the QUANTITY of lemons inherited is one advantage but the most important thing in life is the QUALITY of the lemonade made from those lemons. QUALITY lemonade manufacture is not inherited and in that regard everyone is EQUAL.

An address of such life truths no matter what you do!!! The way you live and handle yourself is important!!! I would add that knowing Jesus Christ is the most important decision you can make---these 10 things he incorporated in his address should be the basics in your life!!!! I grew up with a boy who became a Navy Seal----as this Admiral said it is not easy!!! David was a strong Christian!! Oh, for more men like him in today's political scene!!! Our Nation has fallen so low!!!! it is 2024.
