Guys do not buy from this company. Never received my order, never got a refund or replacement. I placed an order for this brush about a month ago today. My order was marked as delivered, however I never received it. I contacted customer service right away and allowed them two weeks to figure out what happened with USPS. They said they would contact me back ASAP, however I ended up being the one having to reach out again. They never contacted me back so I requested a refund or a replacement be sent. They essentially told me it was delivered and they would do nothing more about it. After about 3 more emails they so graciously (/s) offered me 50% off my next order instead of a refund or a replacement. What an actual joke. I’m now out $35 for the cost of the brush and shipping and have nothing to show for it. Exceptionally horrible customer service.

Doesn't this type of brush do damage to hair and/or pull it out more? My fine hair comes out even with finger detangling or a pick. And it is barely 2A so I need all the support I can get.
Still trying to master usng this brush. My problen is I finish a row of curls and then go to do the next row and I end ip picking up the rows already done.
