wow just wow! I went from feeling a 6 in tension in my chest to a 3-4 after. this is the first time I’ve taken EFT tapping seriously, so I must thank you a lot for your guidance
I use this or your other one that is pretty much similar many times a week. On the mornings where I wake up feeling more positive, instead of face the day I say embrace the day. On the mornings where face the day is more accurate, by the end of the tapping, It’s turned from face the day to embrace the day! Thanks Michael!
