I'm happily partnered with Curse - I do not want to join another network. I also have no interest in selling in-game currency or items. Also, my business email is just for business, I won't reply to questions, links to things you've made etc. But happy to answer anything on Twitter - links below!
Thanks for this video! And by the way do you have any peice of advice for complete rebuilding the settlement? As far I made such an ugly buildings, everything works properly but looks awful, should I tab all the items or there is a simpliest and faster way?
Another lovely settlement. I like keeping settlements like this focused and smaller, not every settlement needs bars, restaurants, markets and a small city. I’ve been using junk fences for the smaller settlements and concrete walls for the city/town style settlements like Sanctuary.
I've surrounded Oberland with junk fence. It's a novice job but I'll get better as I build. I have spent hours overweight walking around, looting certain places. I left the Glowing Sea with like 7000+/300. I got 8 full suits of Enclave X-02 (6), and Enclave Hellfire (2) Power Armor. I plan on building a place to max, taking all resources to another settlement and maxing it.
Where did you get the tall windmill? I keep googling for it and other than people talking about having it I can't find a direct source for where to get it.
Dude it's been so long since I played this game i don't even remember what camp that is. Do you even do videos for 76 anymore? I haven't gotten notifications for you so idk if you do or not but this video randomly popped up. Well I respect you keeping going on a game that everyone talked crap about while it was the new thing and only got the boost back because of the show. Hope to see you in the actual new Fallout instead of this old game. 😊
I had heard of the tip to place an big item on a doormat, in order to place the whole contraption better. But this is the first time I see it in action. I gonna use this knowledge to build better stuffs. Thank you for the demonstration.
Authority isn't just for establishing your own authority, it's also the skill that points out power dynamics and shows you what imbalances you can take advantage of. I like to think of it as the psyche equivalent of composure.
Man, I always love your settlements. I think one of the major reasons I love them is you make them so lore friendly. I can't even tell if you use mods most of the time. I wish I had half the patience you do when making these lol. Any plans on making this one a downloadable mod?
I tried this and got the super fun glitch with floating upper floors that refuse to delete. Had to scrap my whole camp :,) norespawns is great but this game is still so buggy years on
So I know this is 6 years on now, but if you look at the icon for Mercer Safehouse its typically damn near right on top of the settlement icon for whichever place is picked. This is similar for RR HQ and the Old North Church, the icons are damn near on top of each other. With Jamaica Plains, that isn't the case. The icon for Mercer is Southeast of the settlement icon and completely offset from it. Seems the "idle area" for the Caretaker is centered on wherever that icon is situated on the map. And since the icon is almost entirely separate from Jamaica, so is Caretaker.
Watching this 8 years on bc I am finally doing the DLC proper instead of just popping Barstow, grabbing the schematics, and scrapping out 88 for all the Uranium. Also the "Hold still precious" as you lined up the shot on that raider was much funnier than it should have been at 6 am after a boring night shift.
Hi Davey. Amazing work as usual. Small Question though : Why don't you add doors on buildings/trailers ? I know that even in an apocalyptic world, I'd like to have my own rooms with privacy. Also, I hope you'll do Outpost Zimonja next. I never figured out to do a decent settlement there.
I've enjoyed your builds for years, especially the simpler ones. I wish these basic builds were updated to work with Transfer Settlements or the new Settler Built Settlements platform. Having a solid core to build from would be fantastic!
Hands down, one the ABSOLUTE best Greentop Nursery settlement build I have seen up to date. You are most certainly one of the best Fallout 4 builders I have ever come across on RU-vid. Amazing execution, implementation of imagination and most of all the core fundamentals of creativity. You SIR, need your PLATINUM Play Button.. IMMEDIATELY!
Your builds help to show how a game almost 10 years old is better than some of the game that have come out in the past few years. Thanks taking the time to do these.
Wonderful wonderful wonderful build! when you mentioned putting all those burnt out camper trailers together, it made me think about an rv park settlement in starlight drive in.
Yes, this is fantastic! I'd love to see videos of your builds in progress again, too. Maybe streaming? EDIT: OH! This was the build with the video where you made the walkway with the fencing, ok 😁 EDIT II: And you've find a video building up the junk walls, I think... Yeah, sorry, it's all coming back to me now 😅
100% wanna stream builds when I move - it'll probably take me until the end of next year to finish this 'run' and having chill streams just building and nattering sounds like a vibe
Another winner! A detail I loved that you didn't mention - the tractor behind the greenhouse. It's partially sunken into the ground because, of course it would be, it hasn't moved in a couple hundred years. Storytelling! I especially love the tiered area between the house and the green house. Those platforms with stairs in between are beautiful.
