Rui resorts are very nice. We stayed at secrets St James which is a scale up. But I must say that liquor dispenser is a RUI thing. Secrets keep your refrigerator loaded with beer and soda and water.
@@Itschelseadaniels Nice, enjoy your Labor Day get-away. Since being built and opened around 2008/2009, I have stayed there about 15 to 16 times. I was booked and slated to go first week of July, but a recent major surgery has placed me on the sidelines. I have since changed the date to December. The buildings I always stay are building # 5 or #6, only because they have the "Ocean Front" rooms. RIU Montego Bay is definitely #1 in my book of the many hotels I have stayed when in Jamaica.
My apologies - Diamond club comes with the butler who’s basically like your personal assistant while you stay - Anything you need, a GOOD butler will make sure is taken care of - Diamond club has Tons of other perks like premium liquor, private Diamond club lounge and pool area, access to making reservations, discounts on spa services and more
Isn't this the "Master Suite" I had this room last XMAS and it was just the Master. Not sure if they have a presidential suite because I would've got it for a larger terrace :(
@@Itschelseadaniels Interesting. Yup, I saw the chairman suite. Mine was the Luxury Diamond Ocean Front and per their page, that is the highest category. My room looked exactly like this. I almost didn't pick this resort because it didn't show a "presidential suite". Oh well.
this was an amazing review... I'm going in October 31 for 5 days to celebrate my 50th birthday with family. So I'm glad you said something about the restaurant. I'll need to book that as soon as i get there.
The beds I’d give them a 7/10 for comfort- I’m not big on beds though but it wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in… fair 7… The adult family that I saw had a king bed and a pullout couch But I think some of them have 2 beds and a pullout couch as well
You’re always on the go. Can you drop a video about how you get the hookups to do this and how to get discounted prices? Do you get this due to the fact that you’re a travel agent? I’d like to travel for work for the low low too!!
Yes of course! I will get this on my content planner :) I became a travel agent because I travel so much and like to travel but I’ve always been good at finding travel deals and opportunities now I just get paid to do it :)
Hey there - so usually when booking for myself of clients it’s included in the room type at a higher price… but let’s say you upgrade to diamond when you check in -I did this my first time visiting and it was about a $200 -$300 upgrade for just me in a single occupancy room… that was in 2022… if you’re looking for a travel agent to book shoot me an email contactjcdtravel@gmail.com Thanks for watching ❤
Lots of great information about this resort, thank you for taking the time to make this video. With the resort being so close to the airport do you find that being an issue? Plane noise etc?
I went there last year May for 2 weeks and got married on the beach. The beach is lovely if you don’t go when there is lots of sargasm. The beach is several miles long so you can walk up and down and get varied quality. I’m going back to this same hotel in May this year. I loved it. I loved the food. I loved the Mexican food at the buffet although my husband wasn’t the biggest fan. We both liked the Italian restaurant and the Seafood restaurant. Hunters was hit and miss. There’s plenty of options so you won’t go hungry. There’s a coffee shop with included pastries, sandwiches and cakes; theres Italian, Steak, Chinese, Seafood 🍤 restaurants; there’s the buffet; the Sports Bar; a pizza 🍕 takeout; a poolside buffet at lunchtime and a poolside cafe. So there’s plenty of choice. I gave it 5 star review when I went the first time, im hoping this time is as good if not better. We’re going for Cinco de Mayo as it’s more lively then but not with rowdy people just good vibes people.
It's ok if you just want to stay there but never sign up for a timeshare, it is a complete waste of money which is why they use high pressure sales tactics to get people to sign their future away.
Bluegreen is definitely worth it but has now been purchased by Hilton so not sure what changes are to come for us in the future - but I’ve loved being a part of the bluegreen family
You will enjoy the Bluegreen Club Experience. We have been owners for a few years now and just now taking time to enjoy the perks of it. We only went to the presentation for the FREE attraction tickets ( twice) 3 yrs apart but purchased it the second time around and YES a new perk is Hilton is now apart of your package. Do NOT let them twist you into buying 1,000's of extra points because you can eventually buy up as many extra points as you wish. They offer promotional sales, and other owners sell shares often at a cheaper price. 4,000 to 7,000 pts will give you a nice vacation a yr. If you travel more or retired 7,000 to 10,000 pts will serve you better❤ hope this helps!!
Love Bluegreen we stayed at Grandview last summer during our 3 month summer stay and this year at BG. Got a renovated corner room so lucky and great hotel!
Hey there :) Royalton is known for having white parties sometimes and they did a pink themed pool party on the rooftop But they change within the seasons as well… Would say definitely bring something white for sure
Your "Pack With Me" video is my go-to whenever I need to pack for a trip. Your tips on staying organized are golden! Speaking of organization, have you heard about the new v4 Bento Bag from NomadLane? It could be a game-changer for your packing routine.
It will help your videos if you added more detail. Instead of saying a lot of variations of food. Describe what they have be more descriptive because it will help your RU-vid channels algorithm Thanks for sharing
