That is very useful, but I am trying to have the text on the button to change colors based on whether it is selected or not. In your example, if I have Orange selected, I want the text "Blue" to be greyed out. I was able to do it by creating two buttons, one with grey text for the unselected button, another with black text for the selected button.
what if I want it to detect order ID from the one selected from the filter and user email to be also detected automatically. Basically like the user cant change the email or order ID it detects that automatically and he only adds comments. I want to it to detect order ID based on filter selected or the row he selects from table graph, then time and date according to system dare and user email to be detected automatically and he can only add comments and it gets saved and then then he can add different comment and it adds another one in the file and doesnt delete the previous one?

Your video is much better than Microsoft's shitty tutorial. I spent 20 minutes reading some crap that, in the end, adding no value whatsoever to me. Why? Because it didn't even tell us how to set up RLS, i.e. go to "Modelling" then "Manage roles" then set up RLS roles then sharing the report to PBI Services and then lastly, assign the users to their roles. What's even funnier, is that in the next unit, they tell us to set up OLS just like we did with RLS. JUST LIKE WE DID WITH RLS? WHAT DID WE DO WITH RLS THOUGH?!?!
Thanks for the video, very instructive but when I select the visual, I don't get the shared axis option like on your screen. I have a very simple data set with categories,date, and quantities. I want a combo chart, with onthe axis columns the months ( over the years 2022, 2023,2024 ) and a 3 line chart with the cumul over the years. I my visual I only have on line that shows the cumul over the 3 years ?
Hello, friends. Please help to calculate stdev.p/stdevx.p for different months. For example: i have 5 years observations and i need stdev for only January's separately, then for February's separately, then for March's and so on. Thank you 😢
Thank you for this video. I have been looking for a way to do this for global UTC offset. My only problem is when I have a date field that is blank it gives me error. For example goods received date will be blank until they are received. Is there a way to make this work blank date fields. Thank you again for this video and any help you can offer.
Thanks for this. Exactly what I needed. For a while, I was avoiding Power BI and using excel exactly for this missing feature. One thing that you changed or different from your previous video is AMS product A ranking when you have the same date. In the updated video, dates are all different. What happens when the date is the same for a region and product?
