Yeah I'm not seeing anything here that is definitive or even strong evidence of cheating. Broad daylight, "cheater" has elevated position and the target is running out in the open down hill, then hides in the only bush big enough for a person to hide in and the "cheater" shoot down at the base of the bush where someone that was prone would likely be if they were hiding there.

Хотелось бы видео от их команды, давалась ли инфа какая-то по тем людям или нет..он со снайпой сидел и это нормально когда целишь на звук выстрела...ну спорно, очень..смотрел в сторону игроков , но не стрелял.. как по мне маловато для бана, нужно запрашивать видео от их лица
this is how you kill the playerbase. soon many fake scum server(game devs from other games) will just drop steam steamID of players then the legit scum servers will just ban ban ban ban ban.
I could be wrong, but it may be illegal in some places to tell people his IP, as far as I know, if you can search it publicly then posting is fair game. But there is a lot of information someone can get with just an IP which makes that grey in my opinion. Good job catching the dirty cheeto btw.

the cheater (player in the orange shirt) can see the nameplate of the other player from behind walls and across great distances than is allowed in-game. knew the direction of the other players at all times.
