Acutally, man in the suit wins, as seen in both series, the organator(what you call the locust) has insane speed and human intelligence, but a lesser battle iq, for man in the suit, hes desricbed to have rough armored skin, which gives him durabilty, and he was a human, so he has human iq too, and very well battle iq, also, hes seen to have bite power capable of impaling rough material, so that gives him power and strength, and he has insane regeneration speed, of injuries and lost limbs
That isn’t true: TMITS is actually 3.08.14 meters not 2 plus he can regenerate like minus one and he has boiling blood and he has a radar to sense stuff around him
