Theoretical speed is determined by water line length. 6.5knot = almost 7.4 or 7.5m water line. Maybe you confusing Haber 800 and 660? My boat is Haber 660. Her water line length is 5.7m, So theoreical speed is around 5.8 knots. Theretical speed mean MAX speed. Theoretical speed = Hull speed en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hull_speed
