I was VERY NIHILISTIC a few yrs ago. This was during COVID. I realized I got like that because I had stopped working out! I was doing NOTHING but feeling miserable and even su!c!dal at times. But one day I said fk it and got a gym membership and I’ve been going hard ever since. I used to look at things as repetitive and nonsensical. But when you start FEELING BETTER, you eventually LOOK BETTER & ppl will TREAT YOU BETTER!! AS A MAN: PHYSICAL FITNESS IS CORNERSTONE TO MASCULINITY! I once seen a video years ago on here by Goddess Ayanna & she said “all the black man has to do is workout” It stuck with me ever since. Everything STARTS WITH THE SELF! When you RESPECT YOUR BODY OTHERS WILL RESPECT IT TOO! I went from 150-160 to 190-200lbs and my entire life has changed for the better! I FEEL LIKE A MAN AND CARRY MYSELF AS SUCH! Men must remember, WE ARE PROTECTORS FIRST! LOOK THE PART!

I feel like it's not just dating apps, this is how social media is in general where people don't have very good communication skills and they are not really able to hold any type of conversation that's worthwhile, and there's so many different people that they can reach out and talk to so it's easy for them to lose interest and talking to you so it's really hard to keep someone's interest in you because you never know when they're going to find somebody else. But if you're going to attract them it's going to be because you were yourself and that's the only way you're ever going to attract someone by letting your true personality shine. And if they lose interest in the end it was never meant to be anyway so I also feel that dating apps are very dehumanizing. You're swiping and looking at photos of people when you barely know who they are and you're making a judgment off of that. But not everything is going to work out and people just need to accept that.

Cardio keeps you healthy, heart, mind, body, and soul. I find anytime I feel off, going outside and walking almost always makes me feel instantly better. It is being in nature for sure, but I also think it is the walking. We biologically are hunters and gatherers, and are use to the outdoors and movement. It helps with your endurance with weight training too and you should still incorporate some cardio simply to stay healthy.
