Hard as shit. Use the steering grommet. Make sure you route over your cab mounts along the beam. I didnt bother removing old inserts, shim seemed useless but I may come back and drill and pin them. But my shim slipped out even after installed
Exhaust is always higher. And keep it so it can drip and not cause damage to surrounding stuff like siding and whatever you have on the ground. Also that screen, replace it with hardware cloth with 1/2" squares. Works much much better, and you can cut to conform. Great video. Loved the music. I just redid my venting today and i used my weather station to check wind direction for the past year. I based intake and exhaust off of that.
Question, how are your recon white lights doing? Are they leaking into your truck trying to get some and I heard from everybody they do unless you silicone the holes
If no one has remarked yet,....it's pretty obvious the HD lights of 2019+ are not same as 2019+ 1500. The exterior shape is clearly different, irrelevant to the mounting points.
There are lights that fit in the 90 deg u that have white running light the yellow for turn signal. Also saw ram letter that have LED. If interested reply and I'll try to find them again or you can search like i did.

I'm no rocket scientist but making the exhaust push through a freezing pipe will condense or freeze condensation will flow back into the line potentially causing a problem. If enough freezing happens the exhaust may become blocked. We just experienced -20F with 30mph winds my exhaust comes directly out the wall and I have a 3' ice mound below it now.
what do they call the thing over the intake at 6:38 it is some kind of filter but what do they call it so i can look for one, am getting a restriction from snow
My 2 year old decided to throw some rocks inside my pipes. My pipes do not come off like yours do, they gotta be glued. How can I remove some of the tubes so I can unclog it?
Work hard hahahaha if u really wanna try working hard for try roofing and make sure to replace those that have 5 layers of shingles resting on each other and the 2nd layer is organic shingles lol now that's hard work lol jk man great work wish u the best health. White is too bright I agree make them look all purple hahahahahaha

What did you find was the toughest part of wiring? Any advice for somebody who is nervous about splicing into current lights? Lol. Beautiful truck man!!!
Ideally your flue pipe should be 12" higher then the intake. Also, you should have it pointing away from the home to prevent the corrosive flue gasses from saturating the building materials which can cause staining/rusting for some materials.

Yea i used to work hard.. until a damn old lady took her buick out on the highway, fell asleep and drove into oncoming traffic and picked me to hit.. was actually on my way to a remodle job i was finishing up .. never made it.. old bitch broke my back, which broke my business, broke mt wallet, broke my mortgage.. broke apart my family.. broke my damn life.. she was fine.. no insurance so i didnt get a dime from her.. my insurance dropped me both health and car.. hell of a day.. now im just a shell feels like.. cant do anything longer than 30 mins otherwise my damn back will kill me over. So work till i pass out, means cant do ladder work anymore.. oh well.. ole walker is my friend now.. keeps me looking up, kinda..
