Technically they are cutscenes but not for the story mode. This trailer is a mixture between gameplay footage & a sneak peak of the Opening for the game. Just like how the old Budokai Tenkaichi games had. The full cinematic opening got leaked & it's even more hype than this 🔥🔥🔥
They couldn't make models since they prolly haven't worked on them yet. They prolly announced them early in fear of leaks which is a good idea to do knowing how leakers are nowadays.

I believe the hype behind both daima and sparking zero will push them to get super back on track next year I believe next year after the season pass 1 is out for sparking zero they will release super again and then season pass 2 will be super characters from the newer parts of super
Pikkon, Super 17, Hatchiyak, The Shadow Dragons that weren't included yet and a lot of the video game only characters like Shallot and Mira are the ones I want.
I love how they added all the movie villains, even Dr. Wheelo, but were like ‘No Bio-Broly. He is not popular and most people hate him. No Bio-Broly.’ 😂 Yeah Z Broly is voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch. Honestly, he’s gotten better at being Z Broly (he was him in Legends and Xenoverse 2 in later updates) but I just feel like it would have been better if they brought in someone else who sounded more like Vic did as Z Broly and could match that psychopath energy Z Broly had. Or if they could bring in Vic since he was proven not guilty of what they claimed he did but Funimation and some of the other VAs already made it clear they don’t like him and he probably hates the company itself after they screwed his career over so I can understand why he wouldn’t be asked to come back to voice Z Broly or turn down coming back if they had asked him.
I wish they kept Vic but after everything that went on, I had a feeling they wouldn’t bring him back even though he was proven to be not guilty of what they claimed he did. Also I love Johnny as Super Broly but I’ve heard him as Z Broly and while he does sound like he’s gotten better, he doesn’t bring that same psychopath energy Vic had. Yeah Daima Goku makes sense because the anime releases same day in Japan. So gotta promote him. Interestingly anyone who has been allowed to record early videos have 2 restrictions: They can't show the gallery, which is likely cutscene stuff from stories like the What ifs. The other is they cannot show in game Daima Goku at at all, they can't hover over him in the character menu and see his moves, because of spoilers and such.
I'm sorry but it doesn't make sense you're going to give us a character that doesn't have a super Saiyan forms just so you can try this DLC later to get the full deal that's b*******

A bit into the video and I got the idea that maybe the clunkiness can be remedied by the buffs you gain from item boxes. Like an item that makes you slippery or boosts speed, gives you a longer wavedash etc. Maybe they're already doing that idk.
