I would definitely see how this can be a fun build, I will also say the rune auto sending you back can lead to the people camping the rune. HOWEVER the 6 second cool down on blitz and overcharge is crazy when you see the cards in his load out. The insane amount of life rip and on top of that the 20-25% resistance to ALL damage after you fall bellow 40% is intense so dropping a rune mid fight. Teleporting to it getting extra health for however many points you put into it. Getting 6 cool down on ability’s you hit them with blitz for a SECOND time and gain overcharge which pairs with all the life rip and makes talus one of the hardest flanks to kill. I just started talus and this has been my take on it so far especially if you pair him with Corvus for additional life rip over 120%. Another crazy thing is if you run torvald off tank and he drops shields on talus it’s the fastest 4-0 you’ll ever have it’ll feel like playing bots.
Strong gun with long range, good shield, CC, a self heal that can make you immortal for a second ignoring enemy ults, and a potentially instant kill ult. What not to love?
I'm really surprised you didn't mention his talent Storm of Bullets. That's what truly makes Khan shine, it's makes him a fantastic duelist, a beefy damage/flank champ if you will. However, I'll agree with you on Lian's Shield and Vortex Grip. Vortex Grip makes for good kill potential, and Lian's Shield can easily be shut down by wrecker, arguably making it Khan's worst talent. But if you don't play with it already, please give Storm of Bullets a try. It gives him some of the highest, if not the highest damage output in the whole tank class. Not to mention that he has really fast ultimate charge, giving you tons of opportunities for free kills to help your team. Nevertheless, I still 100% agree that Khan is the best tank in his class, alongside Torvald. (cuz he's also up there) Keep up the Paladins content bro! ;)
nyx has the highest damage in the entire class since she has a % based AOE poison that ignores shields. she's also ridiculously survivable, being able to reduce weapon dmg with Arcane Warding via using Royal Presence. I think you're underselling her. She is more survivable than Khan and it's really not a competition. So long as presence is up and her healer is competent she will not go down unless there's someone like Nando on point constantly applying Cauterize to her. Khan is amazing imo because he has the highest single-target dmg in the tank class with SoB and amazing utility via his crowd control ult and F alongside his self-heal which can also burst teammates for 1350 HP. I really couldn't imagine myself performing better on Grip Khan, but I understand the appeal. It's just that with his regular grab, when well placed the displacement alone from the grab (along with the stun at the beginning) will get whoever I grabbed killed anyways, so it's better to just take the DPS.
Yea hes actually tricky to use, a lot of people express how they cant use him well. But a good vatu is scary, in your face, and gone on the blink. Its almost unfair lol
After the nerf Caspian was still good and my favorite champion. Now they are buffing him again and removing the skill from his kit, making him easier. I think he's gonna be overpowered AGAIN 😂
one key to playing grohk well is to never reload because ammo regen is much faster. when the ammo bar is low, use a skill and wait a bit. Totem talent is good heal and dmg but people mostly play grohk against ying nara barik for the right lick. spirit domain is also a good dmg talent because it makes all hit box bigger for grohk but people only sees it as a heal talent.
@@jaymicgames9836 it's just part of that talent. Because Hirez assumes people can't aim so they make the hitbox bigger for the spirit domain so grohk doesn't miss his heals. but it worked on enemies too.
@@jaymicgames9836 hey man it's all good. But I wonder why not the impasse card that heals for 150 on ability cast? I think the 28 over 5 seconds is less isn't it? But the warden one at 22 over 6 makes sense with the reduced CD on warden.
@Josephkerr101 correct but care taker 22 every 1s but I have 110 every 1s and I was using treacherous ground it would had made since if I was using tremors just my opinion
I'm still trying to get the hang of Mal'damba too. I rarely ever use ripened gourd, I feel like it's only useful with double tanks maybe. I usually use Wekono's Wrath, but I think I'm gonna start using mending spirits more thanks to this vid.

I don't play Paladins but i know that it's a lot like OverWatch and i can say we have just about the same damn problems honey.. It's ridiculous sometimes but they are trying to figure out new ways to help it but it's like they really don't give a shit about certain heros and their state of play, like OUR favorite heros.. Anyway, i hope the devs here do something about Paladins for you!❤

1:02 the usual reflex when you see Moji putting up the Magic Barrier(now shield) would be not to shoot but now just SHOOT AWAY cuz its no longer invulnerability just Shielding.
Don’t use ur alternate fire until you stack all of ur attacks for max damage, also ult does more damage depending on the curse stacks of the people who get hit.
