Don't DIS my ABILITY celebrates the diversity and ability of people with disability, and it's for everyone. Up to 100 events are held in NSW throughout November and December each year.
I'm sighted and have similar problems with people not looking where they're going, walking out of shops without looking etc! Obviously much worse for blind people. I reckon the problem is that most people don't think outside their own little world very much unless the issue is right in their face and they're forced to act on it. Not enough compassion in the world for my liking. Thanks to Graeme and the DFCS of NSW for doing this. This should be Australia wide or world wide!
