What a coincidence, we were there last week, same hotel, same floor.... We didn't get a hairdryer either. Other than that room service is good; easy access to the grand Masjid. Breakfast is okay, but little pricey (65 riyal per person) Overall no regrets, Alhamdulillah!

Alaikumus salaam. As far as we know, the two rakat is prayed if you stop at Dhul Hulayfa meeqat point. This is where the Prophet (SAW) prayed. But as far as we know, if you are the train, you do not pray the 2 rakah.

Assalamualaikum. Yes, the stations do have lifts, but they can get congested as they use these to transport luggage to the platform. I am sure they will make wheelchair users a priority to use the lifts.

Is the way to and fro the same? It looks like the way to get to the hotel is long passing by all those shops and restaurants. And getting out was short with all 3 escalators and you were out.
It is the same way to enter and exit. The third floor of the towers is where all of the hotels are located whereas the other floors have shops and restaurants. It takes about 3 minutes to exit from the hotels via the towers
So, this is the Anjum hotel side road entrance to haram courtyard. once you enter the courtyard where is the mall and the food court in Makkah towers????
please tell me the floor for tawaf and the floor for safa and marwa and also if this electric scooter service is open every day 24H/24H ? thank you in advance
اسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته The signs to the scooters are clearly marked above the first floor and there are 4 points around the Haram where you may hire them. They are open 24/7
