My granddaughter was given my very own sewing machine. It’s missing battery cover, bobbin cover and tension unit - purple knob. Do you know where to get these? I sew on bernina Artista 180.
Okay what problem i have needle is on good position and it pick up a 2 bobbin treed but it still do not stitching. Do treed of 2nd bobbin need to be in needle cuz what a point is if 1st bobbin treed is on needle and make penetration on cloth till other bobbin is out of needle and do not have function?!
First time user. Please help. When I went to take out the stock bobbin, the entire plastic magnetic ring under it popped out and now I don’t know what way it goes back in bc I can’t get it in easily with that little arm blocking it. How do I get it back in??
My machine pretends to sew but when I pull out my fabric there’s nothing at all, no start line no end line. I noticed that the top bobbin placed at number 1 doesn’t even move anymore how do I even fix that 🥲
Wonderful! Just i find hard to control the (speed of) the winding tool. It does whatever it wants. Something lower speed would be better. Thanks a lot!!!!❤
I’m having a problem where my bottom thread is very lose and tangled. I’ve tried adjusting the top tension but nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas? Many thanks ❤

Hi there. Youare very good. But I e got aproblem with the tension. Thread keeps on getting k otted and very loose on the underside of the material. Please help
My machine completely stopped working. Now when I turn it on, all I get is a ringing sound. When I opened it up everything looks good. So now I have no clue what to do
