Richard Felix is most famous as the Historian for Living TV’s Most Haunted appearing in over 120 episodes.
Richard has always been fascinated in history, especially military history with a special interest in disasters e.g. Charge of the Light Brigade, The Alamo, Custer’s Last Stand, and the Titanic.
At the age of 18 he had his own personal disaster after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. “It is not until you are faced with death that you realise how important life is.”
For many years he has been a columnist for the Derby Telegraph, dealing with Derby’s fascinating local history He is a regular contributor to Radio Derby.
In 1992 Richard opened The Derby Heritage Centre. (A Tudor Grammar School) with ghosts and this started the origins of the now world famous Derby Ghost Walk. Richard specialises in ghost tours around the U.K. and Ireland and has personally taken in excess of a million people on a ghost tour.
The story of Edward deaths is not true that story didn't come out until he had been dead for hundreds of years, also some historians now think that Edward didn't die then, he went off to europe in exile, as some letters suggest Edward III met Edward II in Flanders few years later
a number of years ago I left my car parked up at my mothers house over winter. some 300 miles from where i lived. later in summer i went to drive back my car home. the car was a 1955 Rover p4. as i was loading the car up with my things something very clearly from inside the car as i opened the rear door cheerfully sang, its a long way to Tipperary. it came externally to me and not from my own thoughts. it came to me as clear as a bell. i later found out my route back home in the car took me that day past the house of the doctor who originally owned the car in 1955 who son was badly injured in the 1956 Suez Crisis. his son is buried in the church graveyard along with his father. the same graveyard i drove right past in his fathers car on my 300 mile trip home.
Leslie seems like a fun person to talk with! I watched another video about Tutbury with her and the amount of info was amazing! I just loved listening to the stories!
Bloody hell, Richard - right at the beginning was the most terrifying part of the video, when you approached the front door. That was, so I'm told, a serious 'copper's knock'... Where I live, you knock on someone's door like that and you'd be waiting some time for an answer - probably because most of them would already have legged it out of the back door...
How can you believe anyone associated with the FAKE show most Haunted .. Yvette fielding has done nothing but slate Derek Accora since he passed ..when all involved including yourself and guests ..knew the show was rigged ..Fielding and her husband made plenty of money from the show with their theatrical staged events ..then turned on Derek with the help Ciaran O'keeth that no one had heard of .. until making apprearance on Most Haunted ..he was just as bad as them ! ..they used Derek as a scapegoat ..all involved were a bunch of SCAMMERS !! now Yvette is accusing Derek of s-xual conduct toward her ..she is a witch herself and a VILE !! individual
Hold on ,Iam watching this on 27th of June and it’s the 28th tomorrow what a very scary story about carcasses hanging up for the lady to see,pub wine beers spirits and ghosts here! love it greatly told by you Richard and you go to the very places that have wonderful spooky stories, these stories are timeless and never get old ,thank you Richard very much for putting these on here for us to watch again
When we went to Beachy Head my mother warned us to stay well away from the cliff edge because it will draw you over. She must have sensed something…. I knew someone who threw himself over Beachy Head. He was absolutely desperate when he did that. He was saved but later committed suicide another way. That poor, poor man. Thank you, Richard. You’re an absolute treasure. X
Thank you this was a excellent watch🎉 enjoyed very much, especially the brave part how you was in the car on the edge😅 This is something you’ll never forget. Great video Richard.
Another outstanding video, Richard - thank you. As a child of the 80s, the Ford Capri was - haunted or not - an icon. My uncle always wanted one but had to make do with a Granada that had a 2.8i Capri engine in it instead; used to go like shit off a shovel. My Dad passed away last year and it shook my belief in the paranormal as I've been using techniques on the shows I see to try and contact him. My sister, a sensitive, told me recently that she felt his energy leave, but that she still sees him sometimes. I've realised that shows like Ghost Adventures are actually dross, but your factual, well filmed and sometimes light hearted videos are slowly bringing me back to the paranormal fold.
Great video and fascinating subject. Interestingly, the car registration number and letters adds up to 1 in numerology which is the most powerful number!
We had a work truck that one of our service technicians was killed in in an accident. The insurance company repaired it and it was put back in service. more than one person, including myself, saw the deceased technician sitting in the drivers seat when it was parked in our lot. After this no one wanted to drive it. The company sold the truck shortly after the multiple sightings.
What a great idea for a series! The US has SO many cars, so many accidents. The 'junkyards' are huge and extremely spooky. People get very attached to their cars. It's a very common topic in the US to talk about cars, be superstitious about them, and cautious about used ones. Looking forward to more!
Hi Richard, yet another great video a little different to your normal videos but brilliant none the less. Variety is the spice of life. Brilliant to watch on a cosy evening. Keep up the good work!❤
When was this filmed please? Also the registration doesn’t come up on the government website so how was it taxed,MOT and insured to be driven on the road? Love your videos as a rule but the premise of this one was, I can’t explain it, seemed a bit off if I’m honest. Bit of a reach.
I an not buying your story I have watched it and played back all suspect views I am not convinced that that capri 3 is NOT hunted the so could dog was a reflection of the car behind that capri and the face you think you saw was simply hand prints left on the back window so re look again
I often wonder about that as well..oh she's on limbo until her body is found 😅..if she can tell you that they surely she knows where her body is buried
I think Richard is a recording who refuses to stop mentioning this recording theory which is not original to him by the way. He never sees any ghosts because they don't want to talk about his recording stones either.
Only about half an hour in and enjoying it very much. Perhaps my question will be answered later in the video but- has the car ever been driven (or even worked on ) by a woman ? Has a woman ever spent time in it, just sitting quietly ? If the 'ghost'/presence/entity is female and as a result of an act of violence against a woman or women it might react more positively to a female ? (Not volunteering by the way.)
@@RichardFelixChannel... funny reading about the glass because that happened to me. We stayed in the clayton hotel in Bristol and as we were sitting at the table I looked down to see my glass of jd and coke start sliding across the table...in front of 5 of us.. there was no water trail and none of the other glasses moved. I just grabbed it before it got to the edge of the table and said Thank you!.....it was bizarre. During our stay one of the other guys was in the shower and heard a guitar string being plucked..happened to him again whilst lying in bed that night.
Anyone else I'd think this was a wind-up to be quite honest. Look forward to more videos. I've just looked at the history attached to this car. Google the registration and see for yourselves..scary!
I tried a history check and as they say, no trace. I think it's actually ARK866Y and has got confused somewhere along the line. That traces to a blue 1982 Capri. As an aside, be worth quite a bit now, quite collectable these days 😊
Be interesting if someone recognises the car abs castes light on its history as a result of this. I would have thought that a purple capri would be memorable.
