Welcome to my channel! I post a new video every Wednesday.🌻 My name is Elexa, I am 22 years old and have been riding since before I could walk. When I was 14 I chose barrel racing as my primary discipline, and haven’t looked back since! In 2021 I became a certified Equine reproduction technician. I have been obsessed with everything to do with stallions, broodmares, foals, and breeding since before I can remember! When I am not rodeoing with my boyfriend around Canada, you can find me training mine and client’s horses, cleaning stalls, breeding, foaling, or really anything in between! I have a passion for helping horses out of bad situations, etc… which has shone through in my work with mustangs, off track thoroughbreds, feral horses, rescues, and more. I also love to share my knowledge with others, while striving to learn more myself, every day! I am always striving to be the best example I can be to others, while reaching for my goals, and producing top level horses.❤️
Actually if they tip the barrel, it’s the riders fault, and if the horse falls, it’s riders fault. And before you say I’m hating on y’all, I’m a barrel racer.😘
I think if his coat colour stays the same I could see the red looking sharp and popping on him. Thank you for letting us join you on this journey with him. He looks like he’ll be very handsome when he’s done growing.
She is by Decider (a son of dash ta fame) and out of a old running lines mare. Her registered name is Deciders Dash T Gold if you wanna search her on All Breed Pedigree ☺️
Nice to see you back Elexa! Been missing your vlogs. Hope you keep posting and can't wait for Mia's 2023 foal! Also excited for more updates about Bugs and Johnny. I am still learning equine color genetics, but from what I know, grey masks all, correct? So most likely if Mia foals a buckskin or double dilute, the foal will end up greying out. I do know double dilutes are a more creamy color, so if a 2x dilute is born and does grey out, the greying would only be noticeable to a trained eye. I am throwing a guess out there: •buckskin filly that will end up greying out
Nice horse ! Have you seen the lightweight saddle and pad that Fallon Taylor has on her website? I know every pound can give you extra seconds, congratulations on your win
Yes! I LOVE that concept! Unfortunately, I’m in Canada so try to buy within the country as it ends up getting quite expensive with shipping, exchange rate, broker fees, duty, etc when buying bigger items from the states. 😢
Very interesting!I was around horses, rodeo's,roundups ect. when I was a child.Trying to relearn some terminology and processes for my own personal education. All this helps me remember.Thank's!
Hey try sliding your saddle two inches further up on your pad she won’t get those dry spots under her saddle and she’ll be able to finish her turns off a little more
