This was absolutely epic. Andy is such a gem and I hope everyone gets to hear/watch, not what he has to say, but to showcase and be a beacon of light to men and women who are lost and need guidance.
Glad you enjoyed the episode! I’m so glad you put both genders in this as this could easily come across as a pro man podcast (because it is) but both men and women have struggles that should be important to us all.
This was released last year. Video version is on my main page this is an old episode just added the show as a podcast on here as well as the video version
Hello, I watch your youtube video and noticed it ranks lower than others.I was analyzing your RU-vid channel. Simon Kingsley Dutton strugglingwith subscribers and video views for monetization? SEO seems to be lacking, though your content is fantastic. Wondering why your videos aren't attracting more views? One key factor is the insufficient SEO (your videos' SEO score is 0/100%, ideally it should be 80%).if you'd like, I can assist you with improving it ,I can help you grow your RU-vid channel.
I just ❤ how humble level headed optimistic ritchie is and fully embracing the decision he made to join the band at a young age and actually be proud of it and stand by that i mean his stint with 5 dis put food on the table and gave him a life i just wish the other guys would appreciate the stepping stone that gave them their lives whether it turned out good or bad was their decision to make and not the fame nor other people around them never really noticed Ritchie back then coz J was always a favorite but not a fan of him turning his back on 5.
Much appreciated man! Glad you enjoyed the show. If there is anyone you feel would benefit from this episode id love if you could share this help us get the word out
GREAT interview with Sean! I will have to watch again as there are so many pearls of wisdom in this video. Here's one - "Moments create momentum". I also made a note to check this book out: Joe Dispenza - Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.
Glad you enjoyed the show! Sean is a excellent guest and smart dude. I’d recommend our latest one too any conversation with Pat (latest guest) always sets the bar high! Thanks again for tuning into the show I really appreciate it
Great talk guys. I definitely liked the chat on soreness. Unfortunately I'm a sadist when it comes to soreness. Every leg day I waddle out to my car. 🤣
The on going theory is that a universe created a progressive universal from computers and then that programed universe created another and thats the universe we live in today but we don't have the technology to make our own universe so its a 50/50 where either the first one to make them(witch is the real one) or where the last
I think it would be hard to find a study that suggests glycogen depletion is against science? I'm not arguing you can lose muscle in a prolonged diet at all but many people worry about this far too early in a diet when this simply isn't the case. Muscle isn't loss immediately but it is a concern of many when they are just flat. If you want to know if muscle is being lost look at consistent drops in performance or consistent drops in circumstances on arms and thighs (after the initial glycogen drop)
This is a good way to get into the shortened range of the glutes and improve hip stability. Great place to start before switching to double leg and loading it or great if like us here in Hong Kong gyms are locked down.
