Considering Peter was asleep this whole time, that means he probably was actually fighting them inside a dream, which would be where the quips are and the symbiote grants him even more powers. Could you just picture that sequence? Peter inside a dream fighting the Sinister Six with the symbiote giving him all the power he needs in order to do all of this? I can only imagine if the writers or artists actually thought of having something like that going on spliced together, just like the symbiote removal scene.
Just to remind everyone here, this Peter is a teenager, 15 years old, and Felicia is an adult, probably almost 30 years old (if not older). Yup, they actually did that.

Mary Jane Watson is the only true friend that he has. She is the only one who has not betrayed him and insulted him in any way. She waited for him to get back to the Formal. So they could have their dance. She wanted Peter to be the first one to know she transferred to his school. She defends Peter from Eddie Brock when he insults him. Telling Eddie that Peter is twice the man he is. She came to his house and told him about his Aunt May having a heart attack. She unknowingly stops Mark from killing him. So yeah. MJ is the only true friend that Peter has. The rest. Especially Harry Osborne. Are pathetic. Peter's parents die in a plane crash. They make fun of him and insult him. His Uncle Ben is killed in his own house in front of Aunt May. They make fun of him some more. Even though the symbiote was making him more angry. Peter was right. Why would he believe them when they said they felt sorry for what happened to Aunt May? He's right. Giving him sympathy wasn't going to pay the bills. Unless they were willing to pay for bills. They could keep their sympathy. Harry guilts Peter into failing the tryouts on purpose and never thanks him. Wastes his family's riches on impressing popular kids and never helped Peter and his Aunt May with their bills. Mark tells him that Liz is too good for Peter. Yet Mark is the one who gambled, stole a car and got arrested. Got released and started gambling again and got turned into the Molten man. Got arrested again. Why would he gamble if his dad owns a restaurant? Why didn't Liz get their dad to help Peter and his Aunt May with their bills? So yeah Peter has the worst classmates ever. Aside from MJ. I would love it if they did make more seasons. It would be great to see MJ call everyone on their crap. After finding out Peter is Spidey. Hasn't told him that she knows.
This show is fantastic. I love Black suited Spider-Man. I personally think the black suit looks better than the red and blue. Plus, the Symbiote actually cares about Peter, which is why it stopped the Sinister Six while keeping Peter asleep. This granted his wish since he said “Oh, man. I wish I could just wake up tomorrow…”(YAWNS) “…with Doc and his Merry Morons back in jail,” right before going to sleep.
