I want to thank you for this video. I haven't seen any video's addressing a possible mix-up regarding the shades Express and Amped. I purchased what I thought was the berry shaded Amped online a few weeks ago and received a vibrant pink lipstick although the actual bullet and box was labeled Amped. I was about the throw the lipstick away thinking that perhaps something was wrong with my computer screen and maybe the color I saw was not accurate. It's because of your video, I took the lipstick back to an actual Ulta store and you are correct, the colors Express and Amped are indeed swapped in their labeling. So because of your video I was able to get the actual berry purple shade I wanted to begin with and avoided tossing the pink lipstick. Thank you.

I was thinking of getting Numero un nano, but now there is something to think about. I heard it is very small, smaller than pictures on website, but some people say still spacious. So confusing! I wonder how different Numero neuf mini is compared to this one capacity wise? Also interested to know if Neuf mini does not look bulky when wearing as crossbody due to its design?
So, the Numero Neuf Mini is tricky only because of the size of the opening. Many things like a standard iPhone you have to insert it vertically and then change it horizontally to lay comfortably in the bag. This is the same for removal which can be time-consuming, especially at a grocery store checkout. The Neuf mini holds slightly more than the numero un nano as the neuf leather is softer and gives. The un Nano is sturdy and will not stretch to fit more products. I do have a walk-through of the Polene store holding these two bags. The video is on my channel :) Hope this helps - LaNisha

I'm in Brazil and I received it correctly, well packaged and ahead of schedule, the fees were high but...okay, it was a Christmas gift I gave myself and I love my Polène! This sounds like a quality control issue which is probably why they didn't charge you, they knew it was on them and not on you. While the prices of these luxury brands are skyrocketing, the quality is sinking straight to hell, it's highway robbery at this point. The bag looks beautiful, and I'm glad you could get it somewhat sorted even if it wasn't 100%, it looks great on you.

I have it in black and there’s no strap noise. I mean, I can hear it if the straps hit the bag but the squeaky noise isn’t a thing. I wonder if mine has broken in or the black is maybe a little softer leather?
I’ve had my Nano for a few years now and I didn’t realize it squeaked until someone else mentioned it in a video 😂 honestly doesn’t bother me at all but I could see why it would be annoying. I have to agree about the Tetris way of having to put items in, as someone who doesn’t carry much besides my essentials and a few extra items I may need it still feels a bit small for the capacity. Having said that it was still my everyday bag for almost 2 years so I think it’s still really good at least for my lifestyle 💜
My Dix has the same squeak, I almost sent it right back but then saw people were getting the squeak to go away with leather conditioner. I haven’t tried it yet though.

I have the un nano in camel trio and the squeaky straps was probably my biggest peeve with the bag, which I also overlook because I agree she is so cute hahaha
