Sauté the onion in oil until softened. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, ground meat, sauteed onion, chopped coriander, tomato puree, spices, and salt. Mix well. Prepare the Peppers: Wash and core the bell peppers, removing the seeds and membranes. Stuff the Peppers: Carefully stuff the pepper cavities with the filling, leaving a little space at the top. Cooking: You can bake or simmer the dolmas. Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Serve: Enjoy the Afghani Dolma hot, with a dollop of yogurt or drizzled with the optional tomato sauce if used.
