Hi tenx for compliment, the erg machine is in concept 2 slides, more natural movement like real rowing on water so i recomend to use it.. rowing only for few months after big injury, so first i used erg for my rehabilitation program...now still keep mooovin and erging....the result you see in january was my first test on 2k and pb...today is 6.23...so im happy to do progress
Timotej, Čoln ima dobro ravnotežje ampak ima rezerve na hitrosti. Ko greš v začetek, se prehitro pokrčijo kolena. Šele ko si z ročaji od vesel čez kolena in s trupom nagnen naprej, lahko pokrčiš kolena in se premakneš na začetek. Na začetku odpreš trup, da dobiš lopate v vodo. Bolje je, da lopate dobiš v vodo le s premikom rok. Ko so lopate v vodi bi moral najprej potisniti samo z nogami in šele proti koncu dodati trup - tvoj trup se prehitro aktivira, zato mu zmanjka pospeška, ko prideš v zaključek zaveslaja.
