PD needs to redesign the Everyday Messenger to support a MBP 16 + Ipad Pro tablet, Lately all these damn tablets are getting too big and they dont fit in a lot of these product's pockets anymore
Dang, I bought a Shimoda backpack a few months ago because I wanted a more outdoorsy bag that could carry my Sony 200-600. I keep telling myself I'm not going to buy one of these, but the Eclipse color is beautiful, and that roll top looks super cool... You might end up taking more if my money
Hi Peak Design Team, what a great news. The new outdoor line looks amazing. I'm in love😍😍😍😍. I would like to know if is it possible to have an Ipad pro 11 with the x small camera cub inside the 7L sling bag. Sorry for my bad english
I love all peak design products. Now I'm using everyday sling 6L with my Canon R6 and 35mm F1.8 for daily shoot. And for travelling I prefer the 30L everyday backpack. It's interesting and humor you made this introduction video. Iove your guys. A user from Beijing...One more thing, this is my second or third time to watch this video. Everytime I watch I was enjoyable with your guy( or guys).
I just ordered two Peak Design Universal Mounts for my two Peak Design Tripods; one in aluminum, the other in titanium. I am going to use the universal mounts to mount a Star Watcher Pro star tracker on each tripod. One will contain a Canon R5 MK II with the Canon's 100-500 mm RF lens. The other will have Canon's 5D MK IV with 100 to 400 mm EF lens. In each case I will be using the tracker with its equatorial wedge, declination bracket and counterweight kit. This looks like as sturdy a travel tripod as I can find. I will be carying this equipment onto an airplane to get to my destination.
The wallet should have the option to snap into the case rather than a magnet. You don’t want to loose your cc’s. And mine slips off so much I stopped using it
Looking forward to seeing this new line. Reviews of pre production items seem generally favorable but (and a big but) I have yet to see any reviews by serious wildlife and bird photographers. The unique nature of that photography and use of long lenses means reviews done to date are somewhat lacking in specifics I see as important to my style of photography. One negative I am sad to see is the lack of a water bottle pouch on the 7l sling. I often live to use a sling for batteries, extra sd cards, a small lens (in case) my keys and maybe a cliff bar or apple. The camera and ling lens on a strap system. But not having a way to carry water limits the time out I will have with this setup. For example I am just back from two weeks of shorebird and seal (the mammal not the singer!! Lol) photography. I went out one morning thinking it would be a one hour walk along the beach. Next thing I know three hours have passed and along with being a bit hungry I really would like a bit of water. But because I have just the camera and long lens and a few items in my 6l Peak Design sling I didn't have a place for water. .... in looking at reviews of the pre production slings I wonder why a water bottle pouch similar to what is available on the two packs wasn't added to the bottom of the sling?? Anyway just a thought for a future update. Peak Design thanks for finally designing something for the non urban photography crowd!
Ive been searching for a phone mount to use on my Harley-Davidson. seen quadlock, but they are insane with the price. Would like to try this out as the design seems better than quadlock
This bag is one of my favorite travel bags for flights in combination with the 35l duffle. I can take both into the cabin as the tote bag fits under the seat and the duffle bag in the storage compartment. But I miss a strap for the tote bag to attach it to a trolley, because on longer trips, I use a trolley as a check-in bag. This would be a perfect upgrade for a new version of the tote bag. 🙌🏼
I've had the 35l for a few years now, it's a perfectly serviceable and durable bag and I love that there are now larger options. 🤙🏼 But I'm still waiting and hoping that PD will release their first trolley. 🙌🏼
"... small cube can be mounted with it's top to the side..." Ayee just what I wanted to know, time to tab over to the store. *ominous music starts playing in the background* ⛈🐕 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀
I love and own lots of PD stuff. Not many ppl like roll-tops, but I do. Those new bags might look a bit weird at first sight, but the design grows on me 🙂They are both nice, but also a bit overcomplicated. My main gripe is with the roll-top section though - when fully loaded, the cinch closure does not go over the top, so zero protection from the rain, just a magnets? PD could be easily inspired by the likes of Wandrd here. This oversight mostly renders extended roll-top section a moot point here. Or you have to use some rain cover.
