Anxiety is no fun, ive tried everything to shed it. Seems it gets worse daily. Im recovering from a stroke, as if life hasn't been enough of a strain on me.
Loved this Lydia. There was a lot of info and insights there and my brain was doing its best to keep up! But what really stood out to me was the energetic tapestry concept that they spoke about, in that we are all unique and perfect and just how we are meant to be. We all shine differently but it’s hard to truly accept this sometimes when one doesn’t know their truth or their shine yet. This is where I feel that I’m at. I know I am unique, I just need opportunities and awareness to realise exactly how I am unique. Thank you 🙏🏽
YESSSS you are unique and perfect and it's all within you. What if you don't need the opportunities and first... what if you act like you are this person already and then see what happens. I believe that if you tap into this within yourself even if it feels like you're needing to fake it first, that you will draw more of the energy to you, which will then open up the opportunities.

Hey Hayley, that’s a great question. For me it’s been a process of deep surrender. In 2023 I experienced approximately 100 energy clearings initiated by spirit. They were removing energetic blocks connected to programming that was limiting me. And then I started to read light code-channelling is the process of receiving light or you can call it energy or consciousness and then processing the code as language. I’m able to do it because I can deeply surrender and get my own consciousness out of the way.

The facilitator is from Venezuela and I discovered to be very sensitive and he completely understood my ‘weird’ take on tuning into the frog the day before. I understand what you mean when you say the situation calls you as that’s exactly how it seemed for me. I’m having lots of rest after the session but my muscles and bones feel super light so far 🙏
